What a month it has been. Parker can do so many things now. He can scootch/ army crawl very effectively now so he is always on the move. Today he sat himself up to a sitting position from the army crawl. He can eat finger foods with his thumbs and index fingers no more racking food in with his whole hand. He babbles lots of sounds (his fav. being da-da and th-th) He has learned to sit by himself very well and so no longer needs to take a bath in the infant tub. He loves to splash in the tub now and play with his bath toys. He has teeth that now need to be brushed. He laughs every time I brush his teeth. He has also become very curious and observant He loves to watch people, especially other kids. It is always fun to watch him watch people and try to imagine what he is thinking. My sweet baby is growing up :( I feel he has changed more in the last month then in the last two months. Probably not true, but it seems like it.
I can't believe the joy he brings to our family! Today I found his name band that went on his ankle from when he was in the NICU. When it was around his ankle it was about the circumference of a quarter and it was big on him. Hard to believe he was ever that small. . and to think he is only going to get bigger.
