Easter 2013- posted late sorry

This year we went to Seattle to have Easter with the Yan Family. Here are some pictures of the occasion

BIG DAY FOR PARKER!

Yesterday Parker took his first step! Today he took two steps. Do I hear 3 steps tomorrow?  So wonderful to see but nerve racking at the same time.  Our baby is growing up too fast! He also is pretty good at saying Dog (du) while he points to cooper and at Grandma Cathy's house when he see the cat he say "ca" meaning CAT.

One of the things that makes my heart just jump is when Parker stand looking out our front window pointing say da-da over and over.  I know he probably is just rambling and da-da is his favorite word, but I just love it. It looks like he is says "is daddy coming home now?"  Don't worry Patty and Ester we are working on Goo-goo for you but it might be a while.

We have also made some headway as far as teeth go.  He now has 4 teeth, 2 on the bottom, 2 on the top and is cutting a third one as I write.  He is also weened off of his binky and has done it while sick and cutting a tooth.  We will start weening from nursing in the next week or two and on to whole milk! That will fatten him up!

He is growing and changing every day.  It is so amazing to think one day he will go to school, someday he will graduate high school  and even someday he might get married.  Those moments seem so far away but I know as soon as I turn around he will be moving out and onto his own life.
